Assembly will renovate an old industrial mill in the heart of Paris !

3 September 2020

Alongside with Ivanhoé Cambridge, Assembly will revitalize a set of buildings located Boulevard Voltaire in the 11th district of Paris. At the height of Covid 19 crisis, the acquisition could have been finalized off-market thanks to the involvement of the teams and their advisors, DLA Piper et C&C NOTAIRES, with the intermediary of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Originally an old industrial mill built in the 19th century, the site is set around an inner alley giving access to the old productive premises on one side, and to an old mansion on the other side. The enhacement of the site ambitions to amplify this mixed-use DNA, creating working spaces, lofts and retail spaces echoing this rising district at walking distance from the Marais.

This new pulse is prefigurated right now and until the start of works by the temporary settling in of craftmen, retailers and artists taking up with the site production heritage again lost over the years, in association with our partner Plateau Urbain.

More details on the project very soon !
