Webhelp, a fast-growing company founded by Frédéric Jousset and Olivier Duha who became in 20 years a global leader on BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) reinventing the customer experience management, is relocating its headquarter in the heart of the 17th district of Paris on more than 7.500 sqm. On another part of the asset transformed into a mixed-use building, Colonies opens its first parisian co-livng space, new concept of urban shared houses providing high quality common and exterior spaces.

Offices building bought at the end of 2018 by Assembly, on behalf of its investor partner Meyer Bergman, this redevelopment designed in collaboration with the architect Franklin Azzi represents a true demonstrator of our DNA : the creation of urban mixed-use buildings by enhancing the already-there, low carbon, home of new uses and concepts.
