Assembly, with the support of Blue Horizon Advisors and acting on behalf of Mark and Whop Holding France, has announced the leasing of all the office space in the Grand Opéra building to a prestigious international law firm and to Deskeo, the leader in flexible office space with services.
Grand Opéra is an emblematic Haussmannian-style block of buildings in front of the Paris Opera that is currently undergoing major restructuring by Assembly and Blue Horizon Real Estate Advisors to create a mixed real estate complex in harmony with the exceptional location of the building, which enjoys a total surface area of 10,000 m². Assembly spearheaded the complete renovation of this iconic asset in cooperation with the Wilmotte & Associés architecture firm.
With this real estate-upgrading operation in the middle of the capital, Assembly means to consolidate its objective of repositioning and restructuring assets with considerable potential within Paris proper. Grand Opéra follows after the TOKO and Trévise buildings, which were previously restructured and let to internationally active economic players.
Grand Opéra is a high impact project that fits perfectly into the ESG strategy of one of the project’s partners, the new value-add fund of the Mark Group called Mark Paris Urban Regeneration, which was recently granted ISR (socially responsible investment) certification.
