Swiss Life Asset Managers France and Assembly have concluded the off-plan acquisition of a new office real estate asset in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.

The asset acquired on behalf of the MAIF Group from MARK is ideally located at 32 rue de Trévise, in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood amidst many cultural venues, cafés, restaurants and shops. It is also easily accessible by public transportation and by one of the many nearby cycling paths.

The more than 4300 m² complex enjoys approximately 800 m² of greenery and will be completely restructured by the Bortolussi and CALQ architectural agencies. It will be composed of 3 buildings including a private mansion that has been listed in the register of historic monuments since 1976.

The complex will obtain the High Environmental Quality, BREEAM, WiredScore and BiodiverCity labels and certifications.
